THERMOWELLS

We offer a complete line of thermowells in various styles including threaded, flanged, RTJ, socket weld, vanstone, weld-in, sanitary, and ground joint mounting options.  Also, choose from straight, tapered, or stepped shank styles and a wide variety of materials and coatings.  Visit our complete thermowell catalog here.

BULK WIRE

Bulk wire in "thermocouple extension", "thermocouple grade", and "RTD lead" types.  Available in gauge sizes from 16 AWG to 30 AWG in a variety of insulation choices including PVC, Teflon, and fiberglass.  We also stock large quantities of special build thermocouple wire insulated with refrasil or woven ceramic for high-temperature applications.  To see our offerings click here.

COMPONENTS

This section includes replacement protection tubes, insulators, compression fittings, mounting flanges, and various quality components to make trouble free connections from thermocouples and RTD's to your instrumentation.

INSTRUMENTATION

CALIBRATION SERVICES

NBS can supply you with NIST traceable calibration on thermocouples and RTD's.  Our calibration lab maintains SPRT and thermocouple reference standards and has facilities to calibrate over a temperature range of -78°C to 1454°C.  We can also handle difficult to calibrate sensors (those which incorporate non-removable thermowells, mounting brackets, etc.) over a more limited temperature range of -78°C to 500°C.
